What shipping options does Kryptek offer?

Our shipping options are updated in the cart at the time of order entry. We quote published rates to your door. We may, at times, change your shipping carrier, at no cost to you, if it will speed delivery to your location.

How will my order ship if I select the Free Shipping (Economy) option?

If you choose the free shipping option, our team may choose to send your package either by FedEx, USPS, or UPS. We will select the most economical option for your package.

Why is my order not shipping for Free?

Our Free Shipping promotions do not extend to our Partner Brands, they are only valid on Kryptek manufactured products. Partner items are priced and shipped at rates designated by that particular brand.

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled and shipped?

What do I do if my tracking has not updated in more than 2 days?

If your tracking has not updated in over 2 business days, please contact our Customer Service team with your Order #, so that we can look into it. In some cases we are able to work with the carrier to get information updated quicker.
