Can I cancel an order once it has been placed and processed?

Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot cancel an order. You will need to wait until you receive the product, and then follow the Returns procedure.

Can I add discount codes to an order after it has been placed and processed?

Discount codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed and processed. If you would like to use a discount you can place a new order, and then follow the returns process on the original order once it is received.

Are Clearance Items eligible for returns?

Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for Clearance items.

Can Kryptek request additional information to verify my order?

How do I place a bulk order?

If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please send a detailed inquiry to our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. These requests will be forwarded internally to the appropriate member of the Kryptek Team, who will then follow up with you.

Does Kryptek require a signature for package delivery?

Packages will almost always be sent without a signature required. KRYPTEK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages that are refused from the carrier at the time of delivery will be subject to a restocking/handling fee of $19.99.
