EGO Phone Cases are returnable within 30 days of the order date. Cases must be in brand-new condition with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns should be initiated via our returns portal. Once submitted, please wait for a follow-up email with your return authorization code and return instructions. This can take up to 5 business days.
