How do I start a case for Warranty Review?Updated a month ago

Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate a Warranty Review. You will need to provide proof of purchase, along with detailed photos and a description of the defect. At times, it may be necessary to have the item mailed to our headquarters for a physical review of the item if warranty cannot be determined through photos and information. It is at Kryptek’s discretion to determine if your item is covered under warranty. Please email [email protected] with the requirements above to open a case.
