All returns and exchanges for orders made from the KRYPTEK website must start with a Return Authorization Request. You may initiate the process by clicking the 'Kryptek Returns' button below. You will receive an authorization and shipping label through this process. All Returns and Exchanges processed through the returns portal are linked to the shipping label provided. If you have Returns or Exchanges from multiple orders, you must use the label provided for each individual order, you cannot combine multiple orders in one package. KRYPTEK is not responsible for any returns not properly processed due to combined packaging. If there is an issue or error with the portal options, please contact our Customer Service team before completing your return in the portal. Our CS team can help you more easily beforehand. No refunds or exchanges will be processed without a Return Authorization. Outlet Items are FINAL SALE. No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted on this product.
